Authentic Vietnamese BBQ honey sauce made from fresh ingredients, which we produce in Přerov in cooperation with chef and restaurateur Štěpán Návrat. It is great especially for glazing tofu or meat, so that it tastes as good as in the restaurant.
Our Vietnamese BBQ sauce has a smoky aroma and smells of lemongrass. It is seasoned with Kikkoman soy sauce, white pepper and lots of honey.

Have you thought about trying tofu? With our Vietnamese BBQ sauce, you will definitely love it. The sauce soaks into it almost magically, giving it a lovely flavour. This Vietnamese BBQ sauce was created in collaboration with chef and restaurateur Štěpán Návrat. He is now celebrating success with Asian cuisine in his restaurant PRU58 in Prague's Holešovice. To accompany the sauces, Štěpán and I have made a series of videos with recipes and cooking tips.
Ingredients. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, celery and mustard.
Store in a dark, cool and dry place, after opening store in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to +7 °C and use within 4 days.
