Ingredients60 % Broccoli*, wheat breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, salt, yeast, turmeric*), sunflower oil*, potato flakes*, wheat starch*, wheat flour*, buckwheat flour*, linseed flour*, sea salt, ground soya protein*, dried lemon

Preparation:

In a frying pan:

Fry the meatballs in a little oil for 4-5 minutes at medium heat on both sides.

In the oven:

Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180-200 °C for about 8 minutes, turning them once.
