Semix Oat cup with gluten-free chocolate 70 g

The powdered mixture is mixed with cold water, left to stand and then baked in the microwave. The healthy cake is ready in about 6 minutes. It tastes best still warm, but you can also prepare it in advance for a trip, school or work. The oatcake is high in fibre and contains beta-glucans, which lower blood cholesterol. It is gluten-free and palm fat-free.

Ingredients. May contain traces of soya, nuts, milk and sesame. Maximum gluten content 20 mg/kg.

Instructions for use. Leave to stand for 3 - 5 minutes, then place in the microwave and set the power to 700W and the time to 3 - 4 minutes, depending on the type of microwave. You can consume immediately or you can also turn the mug upside down onto a plate and tip out when the baking programme is finished. Finally, you can flavor with your favorite syrup or honey, fruit, sour cream, nuts, etc.

Store in a dry place.
