Labeta Light Gluten Free Semolina 250 g Thickening has never been so easy. Whether you are thickening gluten-free dishes such as soups or sauces or need to improve the consistency of a stew, try this honest gluten-free light roux. You won't find a trace of deproteinated wheat in it. In fact, only quality ingredients such as rice and corn flour are used in the production of gluten-free porridge. Preparation. Whisking with a whisk, add the stock in small batches until it reaches the desired thickness. Cook for 2 -5 minutes. To thicken 1 litre of soup or sauce, 40 - 70 g (2 - 3 tablespoons) of the mixture is needed. Ingredients. Store in a dark, cool and dry place. Great thickening flour, gluten and lactose free.
