Nutsman Peanuts in sugar with honey flavour

Groundnut is a plant of the legume family. The fruit is a pod. It is a legume that originated in South America, where it was domesticated and bred about six thousand years ago.

Peanuts are very rich in nutrients. They contain 25 % protein, high amounts of fat and sugars. They also contain vitamin B1 (thiamine), B3 (niacin), B5, B6 and B9, antioxidants and, for example, coenzyme Q10.

Peanuts contain significant amounts of resveratrol. A handful of peanuts contains around 70 micrograms of this substance.

Uses:

Often grown for their seeds - peanuts, peanuts, peanuts or also peanuts. However, it is not a nut, but a legume. Peanuts are a dry nuts (also called nuts).

Peanut oil is also used for frying and for making table fats, known as peanut butter. It is also used in the food and pharmaceutical industries and for the manufacture of cosmetic products.

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Use immediately after opening.
