Features and Benefits: cashew flour is made by grinding cashew nuts very finely. Cashews are oily nuts with a sweet, mild flavour. They are rich in protein and unsaturated fatty acids, and especially healthy fats, which should make up 2/3 of your total fat intake. They are also a source of many vitamins and minerals, especially magnesium, which is the highest in the plant kingdom at 260 mg/100 grams (exceeded only by sunflower seeds).
Uses. It adds a pleasant nutty flavour and aroma to your dishes. It is suitable for baking cakes, casseroles, biscuits, but also for thickening sauces. You can also make delicious homemade cashew milk.
