What is the best way to enjoy our syrup?
We always enjoy it on hot fritters or pancakes. In the summer we love it in homemade lemonades or just plain, with a tap and a sprig of mint. In winter, it reliably sweetens our morning tea, breakfast cereal and the whole day!
Storage: once opened, it is best stored in the fridge at 4-8 °C. Use within 4 weeks. The syrup does not like direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The sediment is not a bad thing, on the contrary, it is proof of the natural origin of the syrup.
