Koldokol Black elderflower syrup 250 ml

Homemade elderflower syrup smells of shade on a hot day, of testimonials and buzzing bees. The white flowers must be picked before they turn into elderberries. Following a tried-and-true recipe, it's lightly infused with lemon, pleasantly sweet from the cane sugar... And the next thing you know, you'll need twice as much.

How to enjoy elderflower syrup?

With tap water in a 1:10 ratio, with soda water, in homemade lemonade or on pancakes. In morning tea in front of the tent, while there is still dew in the grass. From a thermos, when the snow is crunching under your feet and your mouth is steaming.

Storage. The syrup does not thrive in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. The sediment is not a bad thing - on the contrary, it is proof that we have used fresh flowers and unfiltered juice.
