Kombucha naturally contains an intricate network of microorganisms that always lends it a unique flavour and medicinal properties. The main bacterial strains include gluconacetobacter, bacillus coagulans and lactobacilli. Equally important are the health-promoting strains of yeasts, especially from the saccharomyces strains. Like most living organisms, it cannot do without a wide range of enzymes and a number of vitamins (B3, B6 and B12, the formation of which accompanies the fermentation process).

Ingredients. A decoction of black tea and lemongrass. Drinking water, black tea, lemon grass 0.5%, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (0.5 - 1.2%).

Storage. Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 2-8 °C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Use immediately after opening.
