Kombucha naturally contains an intricate network of microorganisms that always lends it a unique flavour and medicinal properties. The main bacterial strains include gluconacetobacter, bacillus coagulans and lactobacilli. Equally important are the health-promoting strains of yeasts, especially from the saccharomyces strains. Like most living organisms, it cannot do without a wide range of enzymes and a number of vitamins (B3, B6 and B12, the formation of which accompanies the fermentation process).

Ingredients. A decoction of black tea and lemongrass. Green tea and tulsi infusion 96% (drinking water, green tea, tulsi) sugar, yeast cultures, lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (0,5-1,2 %).

Store and keep in a dry and dark place at +2 to +8 °C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Use immediately after opening. Not for use by children under 3 years of age.
