Mix 50g of pizza powder with 75ml of water in a bowl. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until golden. Bake the pizza first at 250°C for 8 minutes, then place the ingredients on top to taste and bake for a further 2-5 minutes.
