Green spelt burger mix
Ready-made mixture for grain burgers. With selected ingredients such as green spelt meal, green spelt flour, whole oats and sesame seeds.
Preparation for approx. 6 - 12 pieces:
Mix the contents of the bag with 250 ml boiling water and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
Shape into patties with wet hands. Heat enough oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the burgers until golden on both sides.
