Mixture for vegan Swedish balls

Ready-made mixture for vegan rice-based balls. A culinary classic from Scandinavia in a vegan version. Traditionally, the so-called Köttbullar are served with a fruity cranberry compote, hearty mashed potatoes, cream sauce and fresh parsley.

Preparation for approx. 20 pieces:

Mix the contents of the bag with water, a little oil and mix well. Leave to soak for 2-3 minutes.

With dampened hands, shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Heat enough oil in a non-stick pan and fry the balls until golden on all sides.
