Would you like to have freshly baked bread for breakfast like everyone else? Just for you is this blend for the preparation of white gluten-free bread, which contains only naturally gluten-free ingredients. Now you can bake honest and crispy light bread whenever you feel like it.
Just add lukewarm water.
Preparation:
Mix both bags in a bowl and add 430-470 ml of lukewarm water. Using an electric kneader or a food processor, work the dough in the bowl and place in a greased and floured gluten-free loaf (or smaller cake) tin and leave in a warm place to rise for 60-75 minutes. Bake at 170-180 °C for about 60 minutes.
Preparation in a home bakery:
Pour 430-470 ml of lukewarm water into the home baking dish (do not use more water than the recommended amount, the dough will thin when stirred). Pour the mixture onto the bread, add the dried yeast and switch on the programme for about 2 hours (Quick, Sprint, Gluten free, etc.). After mixing, it is recommended to pull the dough from the sides with a spatula towards the centre. The baking machine will ensure that the bread is mixed, risen and baked without your help.
Storage: Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
