They have a high content of natural fibre (3.3 g per 50 g serving) and contain beta-glucans, which contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. To achieve the desired effect, 3 g of betaglucans per day should be taken. Remember to follow the basics of a healthy lifestyle and consume a healthy balanced diet. The product contains 1.4 g of betaglucans per serving (50 g).

Ingredients: oat flakes 59 %, sugar, vegetable oil (coconut and olive - KO/sunflower - SL), extrudate (rice flour, sugar, malt) extract, salt), maltodextrin, rice syrup, hazelnuts ) 2 %, thickener: Arabic gum, wheat flour, sea salt, flavour, antioxidants: ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol extract, rosemary extract and sunflower lecithin.
