This great baked gluten-free mini muesli with tomatoes and basil is made with oats and sprouted lentils, making it easier to digest and giving you energy for longer. They are great as a snack or late dinner, ideal for work, in the car, for sports, on a trip, but also with beer or wine. The bars are therefore not only very tasty, but also a hearty and healthy snack.

Another indisputable advantage is the germination of the lentil grains. Germination is a process that is designed to provide sufficient nutrients to the growing organism - the sprout. After soaking, several biochemical reactions take place in the grain, where starches, fats and proteins are gradually broken down in the inner part of the grain. Therefore, sprouted grain is much more digestible than unsprouted grain. The heat treatment makes these crisps suitable for immediate consumption.

Ingredients: Gluten-free oat flakes 54 %, sunflower oil, sprouted dried red lentils 9 %, rice syrup, maltodextrin, dried tomatoes 4 %, thickener (gum arabic), tomato powder 1 %, sugar, sea salt, dried spinach, spice mix, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol extract, rosemary extract and sunflower lecithin), basil 0,03 %, flavouring. May contain traces of nuts, soya, sesame, celery, milk, egg, mustard, sulphur dioxide and peanuts.
