The ACAI supercake with dragon fruit and strawberries contains, in addition to what the name suggests, gluten-free oat flakes, coconut and tiger nut flour. This makes it suitable even for people who are allergic to nuts.

Instructions for preparation: pour 50 g of the mixture (about 5 tablespoons) over 100 ml of hot water or warm milk. Stir well and let stand for 2 minutes.
