Oatmeal Chia Porridge Strawberries & Cream This porridge contains 1.5 g of alpha-linolenic acid (from the omega-3 fatty acid family) in 100 g, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 2 g of this acid per day. To maintain health, it follows the principles of a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients: oat flakes 63 %, sugar, chia seeds 10 %, dried CREAM 5 %, skimmed MILK powder, cane sugar, linseed, freeze-dried strawberries 1,5 %, sea salt, flavouring. May contain traces of soya, egg, dried nuts and sesame.

Store dry.

Instructions for use. Pour over 150 to 170 ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes and consume immediately.
