This porridge contains 1.7 g per 100 g of alpha-linolenic acid (from the omega-3 fatty acid family), which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of this acid. To maintain health, it follows the principles of a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients : oat flakes, whey powder 12%, chia 10%, sugar, skimmed milk powder, cane sugar, freeze-dried blueberries 1%, blackcurrants, sea salt, flavouring.

May contain traces of soya, egg, dried nuts and sesame.

Instructions for use. Pour over 150 to 170 ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes and consume immediately.
