A flavourful pesto made from shiitake mushrooms, prepared in collaboration with creative cook Chili Ta. Shiitake mushrooms were simmered in teriyaki sauce, cinnamon, star anise, seaweed, small pieces of cashew nuts, but also fresh ginger and a little cane sugar. Thanks to these ingredients, the shiitake pesto is so distinctive that you can just spread it on bread, stir it into broth or marinate tofu or meat in it. The pesto will make you feel like you're being served by a Chili Ta chef when you eat your food.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, teriyaki broth [soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat - gluten removed during fermentation, salt)], cane sugar, Mirin rice wine (glutinous rice, water, rice, lemon extract), water, ginger, seaweed, cinnamon, star anise), cashew nuts (14%), shiitake mushrooms dried (3.8%), lime juice, rosemary.
May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, sesame, celery, soya and mustard.
