Mogador Nutrikashe probiotic with plums 180 g

Nutrikashes are lactose-free and naturally gluten-free. They are aimed at a group of consumers who have nutritional restrictions or direct allergies to some basic food ingredients, and are suitable for celiacs and individuals who are lactose intolerant to cow's milk.

Nutrikaše probiotic is an instant gluten and lactose free rice porridge, it is a suitable part of the supplementary diet in:

nutritional restriction in gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance
supplementation of fibre, vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures into the body
in rational eating

It contains 10 vitamins and mineral elements. Biotin, manganese, niacin, vitamin C, B12, B6, B2, zinc and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B12, B6, C and iron support normal immune system function and contribute to normal nervous system function. Manganese, vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

One serving contains 5 billion probiotic bacteria Bacillus coagulans. These bacteria, together with the fibre they contain, form a symbiotic relationship. The natural encapsulation of the contained bacteria guarantees a constant amount of bacteria throughout the shelf life of the product, even without refrigeration.

Fruit sugar - fructose monosaccharide - is used for sweetening. Fructose has a more favourable glycaemic index and is commonly found in ripe fruit.

To aid digestion, they are enriched with a high quality chicory fibre content. On average, one serving contains 6% inulin fibre.

The added plum pieces are freeze-dried - deep freeze-dried under very low pressure, thanks to this process the original texture, taste, all minerals and vitamins contained in the food are preserved.



Easy toprepare: pour 150 ml of hot water at 80 °C over the contents of the bag and stir well. After 3-5 minutes, the porridge is ready for consumption.

We do not recommend using hot water, due to the adverse effect on the contained probiotic culture Bacillus coagulans. At higher temperatures, some of the bacteria will deteriorate and their effectiveness may be reduced.

Ingredients: extruded rice flour 34.5%, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, fructose 8.5%, inulin 6.4%, modified corn starch, soy protein isolate, freeze-dried plums 1.5%, sodium caseinate, stabiliser E 340, salt, vitamin and mineral complex, probiotic culture of Bacillus coagulans (5 billion/portion), flavouring, anti-caking agent E 551, emulsifier E 471, colour carotenes.

Nutritional values per 100 g: energy 1761 kJ / 419 kcal, fat 12 g, of which saturates 1.3 g, carbohydrates 70 g, of which sugars 14 g, fibre 6.7 g, protein 4.3 g, salt 0.81 g. With regard to the values of the substances contained, we recommend consuming a maximum of 3 servings per day prepared according to the instructions.
