Probio Bio Spaldoto vegetable 210 g

Probio grows spelt on his farm and it is always the original untransformed variety with excellent nutritional properties. It is very digestible and in the Middle Ages it was even used for healing. They used spelt kernotto - a finely ground spelt grain - as the base for the spaldoto, adding dried tomatoes and other vegetables, spices and herbs. Spaldotto is a great partner for home, travels and holidays, ready in 30 minutes and almost no work. It's very tasty and thanks to the whole grain, it's filling for a long time.

You just add water and a tablespoon of oil to the mixture and let it cook for 30 minutes under the lid.

Preparation Tip: When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese or stir cream cheese into the spaldot; you can add chicken. You can also make a soup from the spaldot, simply by adding more water.
