BIOVEGAN Vanilla Sauce with Bourbon Vanilla is ideal for apple strudel, ice cream and fresh fruit.
IngredientsCorn starch*, 2.7% bourbon vanilla*, salt
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation:
400 ml vegetable drink or milk
2 tablespoons cane sugar
Mix the sauce and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar in 5 tablespoons of liquid. Bring the rest of the liquid to the boil. Add the whisked powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Stir before serving.
TipThe sauce can be eaten cold or warm. Use less liquid for a thicker consistency. The consistency may vary considerably when using some vegetable drinks (e.g. rice drinks).
Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
