The base of each Pad Thai is rice noodles stir-fried in a wok with egg, tofu or other protein and other ingredients according to your taste. This Pad Thai sauce was created in collaboration with chef and restaurateur Štěpán Návrat. He is now celebrating success with Asian cuisine in his restaurant PRU58 in Prague's Holešovice. To accompany the sauces, Štěpán and I have made a series of videos with recipes and cooking tips.
Storage: Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to +7 °C and use within 7 days.
