Labeta is a Czech company that has been specialising in the production of dry bulk gluten-free cooking mixes since 1993. In addition to baking powders, sugars and flour baking mixes, it also offers liquid preparations such as toppings (sweet toppings), marinades, soup seasonings or soy and other sauces.
If you'd rather choose a sweet lunch instead of the traditional, then be sure to try the yogurt dumpling mix. PPreparation: Mix the contents of the bag with 450 ml of cold water and let stand for a short time (the dough will harden after a while). Make two 5 cm diameter dumplings and place them in boiling, slightly salted water. Cook at a gentle boil for 15-17 minutes. After removing, cut into slices.
Tip: You can also roll the dough into a roll 3 cm in diameter, cut it into dumplings and cook them at a gentle boil for 3-4 minutes.
You can also wrap fruit (plums, apricots, peaches, etc.) in the dough to make dumplings. The cooked dumplings are then served with poppy seed sprinkles, fried corn crumbs, sugar or cottage cheese.
