Bolognese sauce

With a careful selection of herbs and spices, the sauce tastes fruity, spicy and typically Italian. It comes with tomatoes - so all you need to do is add the minced meat alternative of your choice and a little water. The sauce is ready in minutes and is perfect for pasta or as a filling for lasagna.

Preparation instructions:

250 ml water

200 g minced vegetables (ready to cook, unflavoured)

Alternatively you can use soya chunks, cooked lentils, tofu, seeds or nuts. Then adjust the amount of water if necessary.

1. Fry the minced vegetables according to the instructions on the package.

2. Add contents of bag and water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3. Allow to boil briefly - done!

Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
