Hollandaise sauce

Thanks to the high-quality cashew flour, the sauce tastes full and is super creamy. The dried lemon juice adds a nice freshness and lightness to the sauce. Easy to prepare with soy drink and a little margarine. The creamy sauce is perfect with asparagus, vegetables, vegan eggs benedict or as a base for creamy vegan baked goods.

Preparation instructions:

250 ml unsweetened soy beverage

30 g cold margarine

Put the contents of the soya drink bag in a saucepan and stir with a whisk. Bring to the boil over a medium heat/stage, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cold margarine - done!

You can also use unsweetened almond drink instead of the soy drink, or 250ml water with 75g margarine.

Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
